Postage prices are shown with each item. If you purchase more than one of a particular item extra postage & packing is charged at the following rate.

AVAILABILITY: We do our best to ensure that all items on our website are in stock at point of order.
If we are unable to supply the part you have ordered we will contact you to offer you an alternative if one is available or give you the option to cancel your order.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS: In the event that the wrong item is supplied or faulty, we will refund or exchange. We will only except items for refund if they are returned in an unused condition i.e. in the original packaging with all parts and instructions and in the case of vacuum cleaner bags in unopened packets. We will not refund the cost of postage & packaging to you in connection with your purchase, unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
